All,

The below is being sent on behalf of the Department of Duke Physical Therapy

Health policy researchers at the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy are studying whether telehealth (via computer, phone, smartphone, or other device) can affect access to care for people with Medicaid insurance in North Carolina. These researchers want to know whether using telehealth has helped children and adults who have behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, substance abuse disorder) and musculoskeletal health conditions (e.g., back pain, arthritis) access the care they needed and what challenges could be addressed with clinical and state-level policy reform.

If you provide clinical care to Medicaid-insured individuals with behavioral health conditions, musculoskeletal health conditions or both, then please fill out this survey<https://duke.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9GITfmrWegv5Xsq> or contact Yolande Pokam Tchuisseu<mailto:yp71 at duke.edu> for more information. Your input will inform policies that can improve equitable access to care. You can also find out more about this study using this link<https://healthpolicy.duke.edu/projects/exploring-equitable-access-care-and-outcomes-using-telehealth-transition-medicaid-managed>.

Thank you all for taking some time, if interested, in filling out the survey,
