Hi there! I'm reaching out to colleagues I know who are involved in teaching in DPT programs to let them know we are looking to hire at least 2 more ortho PTs and 1 more PFPT. We were already looking to add on additional positions and considering expansion opportunities and then of course get hit with 2 of our providers who are military affiliated getting orders to move this summer plus another provider who is pregnant and likely taking an extended maternity leave. We do an extensive onboarding/structured mentorship program for both our ortho and pelvic new grads and newer professionals. For our PFPTs we have covered H & W 2A/2B, the Pregnancy course in their first 6 -12 months and pay for their annual membership in the GPHAM. We do all 1:1 treatment in 45' blocks with no double booking and no delegation of skilled care to techs. Our techs help with patient flow greeting patients, getting them back to rooms, doing all the laundry and room set up, etc so PT can just focus on patient care. We also do a sign on bonus/relocation bonus and pay PFPTs a bonus for being "specialists". If you know of anyone (new grad or seasoned PT) who would be a good fit and interested in working in eastern NC please share my email with them: kboyd at synergyptnc.com<mailto:kboyd at synergyptnc.com> We would also love to finally grow and expand to serve additional communities such as Swansboro/Morehead City/Hampstead/Sneads Ferry, etc so we are also seeking PTs who are interested in future leadership roles and can put them into our Clinic Director training/leadership training programs. We have our job postings up on Indeed right now and I am actively interviewing PT and PTA candidates so please feel free to share. Thanks, Kira
