[PT2021] MSK SIG Case Study Survey

Good afternoon everyone!

Thank you again to everyone who participated in today's MSK SIG case
studies! After talking to some of my classmates it seems like these case
studies were useful and were something that would be beneficial to continue
doing. We were impressed with your ability to work through these cases so
keep up the good work!

Since this was the first time we have attempted to do this, we would
