SLIPS Leadership Institute presents:

The Importance of Empathy and Active Listening held on Thursday, October 22nd at 6pm.

The institute focuses on individual and organizational development to provide tools to students as they lead others and as we all look to improve personally and professionally. This institute will provide sessions and activities once a month through the rest of the 2020-2021 school year. The focus of the sessions will include personal development, development of leader qualities and skills, student organizational improvement, planning and cultivating engaging relationships and experiences, and building community and advocacy. This session is required for all CPHS student leaders (class and student organization officers/representatives of graduate or professional programs), and is open to ALL CPHS students.

The SLIPS Leadership Institute is currently working to implement a Leadership Certificate Program, where when certain requirements are met the student will be awarded a certificate of completion. More information on this program will be provided in a couple of weeks! Stay tuned!
