[PT2021] FW: Call for Session Proposals: IPE Activity Day 2/5/21

HI all,
It appears that students can lead IPE activity day on 2/5/21.  There is usually a DPT presentation on Geriatrics to address multidisciplinary role in fall prevention.  If you are interested in presenting on this or another subject, contact me and I will be happy to assist you with developing a program.  There is an option for multiple students to lead or for students to assist.

It is usually lots of fun and interactive.  Let me know if you are interested!!!

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff:

The time has come once again for us to open up a call for proposals for IPE Activity Day 2021! The event will take place on February 2, 2021, in the afternoon. We are looking for session leaders to create and host virtual sessions that engage students from different programs to learn about, with, and from one another as they learn about a specific topic area that you are passionate about.

If you are interested in hosting a session, you can find more details and information on the official session proposal form<https://forms.gle/SEqXwwFM88rEhfbs7> (https://forms.gle/SEqXwwFM88rEhfbs7). Once you submit your proposal, we will touch base with you to confirm your spot in our activity roster and to provide you with more details and answer your questions. Proposals will be accepted through December 31st, 2020.

We also will be holding two informational meetings about IPE Activity Day in January on January 14th at 12:00 PM<https://us.bbcollab.com/guest/8e7e94e8695e463cbf757b3154d418aa> and January 22nd at 12:00 PM<https://us.bbcollab.com/guest/433c186018b54276a82e22ddcfa115bc>. These meetings will provide you with more details about the event and the current roster so you can hear about the different sessions that will be held along with your own. (Don't worry - we'll send you info on these sessions again after you register an activity.)

If you are a student and are wondering about attending the IPE Activity Day event, please be on the lookout for more details coming your way in early December and early January. This email is strictly for those students, faculty, and staff who are interested in hosting a session for Activity Day.
