Hope all of you are enjoying spring break.  Reminder we have the Mandatory Career Fair scheduled for Friday, March 13, 2020.  (See details below).

Date:  Friday, March 13, 2020
Time:  1:00 pm-2:00 pm (Plan on attending after your class)
Location:  Lobby of Smith Hall
Attire:  Dress professionally with name tags

Visit with local and regional PT companies.  Establish connections, learn more about their programs and incentives they have to offer in the DPT field.  Their tables will also include great giveaways too!! :)

Mandatory Summer Clinical:  Helping Kids with Hemiplegia Camp - UNC
Date:  Camp dates - Friday, June 19; Saturday, June 20 and Sunday June 21

Each student is required to participate 2 consecutive days that weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)  Dr. Bridget Eubanks will assign days and forward a link with more instructions to you shortly.  At this time block out all 3 dates on your calendar.

A complete list of participating companies will be forwarded out the 1st week of March when all companies have been registered.

Summer Clinical:  Helping Kids with Hemiplegia Camp - UNC
Date:  Friday, Saturday, Sunday Weekend in June (Unsure of exact dates yet)

Our 2nd year PT students will participate during a 3 day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) in June with Helping Kids with Hemiplegia Camp/UNC.  I have reached out to the coordinator to find out which weekend they are planning but wanted to give you a heads up not to book anything. In the past they have held this camp the weekend of Father's day and last year the weekend after. I do not know if  they will fall on either of these 2 weekends yet but as soon as I find out the dates I will let you know.
