[PT2021] Housing in Sanford for Duke DPT third year

I hope you all are enjoying the start of your weekend. I am reaching out on behalf of a former student of mine from Duke. Like many PT students, his clinical experience location has changed as a result of COVID-19 and he will now be completing his first 12 week TCE (end of July-middle of October) in Sanford. He is currently looking for housing and I wanted to reach out since I know a lot of our students live in or around Sanford or may have contacts there.

If you are willing to rent a room or have any information related to housing in or around Sanford, would you please let me know. He's an awesome person and would be a great, respectable roommate. Please let me know if you have any questions.
