Please find below the link to the clinical experience FINAL lottery for DPT 802 & 804. We encourage everyone to read the instructions CAREFULLY. If you email a question that can be answered by reading the instructions on the Qualtrics, you will not receive a response.

Some of you have received specific instructions on how to proceed with the lottery if you have a site that is in-process or awaiting confirmation. Please follow those instructions. If you have not received specific instructions, complete the lottery per the instructions within the Qualtrics. As a reminder, EVERYONE WILL COMPLETE THIS SURVEY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE ZERO, ONE, OR TWO CONFIRMED SLOTS.
