[PT2021] Reminder Mid Point Evaluation

Hi All,

We have forwarded emails to all CI's as a friendly reminder to make sure they can login to CPI to complete midpoint evaluations.  We prefer your CI to complete the midpoint toward the end of next week or early the following week during week 4 so if you can kindly remind them next week that would be great.  Both you and the CI will need to sign off on them so Dr. Shearin can see the evaluation to review.
