[PT2021] Saving Document Requirements before Forwarding

Happy Friday All,

At this time, do not load anything into Magnus but forward all required documents to me.  Remember when you are forwarding any documents to save them first as last name, type of record or document and date you completed.

Examples
Shewmaker PPD 1 Step 1.8.20.pdf
Shewmaker BBP 1.14.20.pdf
Shewmaker HIPPA 1.11.20.pdf

It is a lot easier for record keeping for Dr. Shearin, Dr. Eubanks and I.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
