[PT2021] DPT 800 Reminders

Students,
Welcome to DPT 800.  I want to clarify a few items for you as you begin the first week of your clinical.

  *   Required week one:
     *   Qualtrics safety survey found at https://cphs.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5A9OqfGUA1f5ggt
     *   clinical manual review and attestation submission in Black Board
  *   The Inservice requirement is at the discretion of your CI
  *   The patient tracker should be completed daily
     *   Log in a representation of your patient load- no need to document every patient
        *   Log should show most common diagnoses and patient group types/ages as well as any unusual ones
        *   Remember to document total hours per day even if you only have orientation the first day or two
  *   CPI assessment
     *   Last semester, you each completed the CPI training
     *   You use the same login from that to access your Eval
     *   You will be linked to your CI in DPT 800
        *   You will complete a midpoint and final self-assessment
           *   Mid-point should be done end of week 3 or start of week 4
           *   Contact Ms. Shewmaker if you have trouble
You will have either site visits or calls during the clinical.  Dr. Eubanks and I look forward to learning more about your experiences.  However, should you have any concerns or questions, do not wait for these meetings.  Rather, contact us for guidance by text if urgent or by email for general issues.  Enjoy your clinicals!
