[PT2021] mandatory survey during week 1 of DPT 800 and policy reminders

Dear Students,

As you prepare for your clinical next week, please review the announcements and complete requirements ASAP.  You need to review the clinical manual again and provide the signed attestation form as described in the BB course folder.  Pay close attention to the weather policy and absence policy.  Do not schedule any appointments during the clinical unless due to illness.  If unsure, contact me.

You are also expected to complete a "week 1 safety" survey.  The link is below and will also be in BB.  This helps your clinical education team ensure you are off to a good start!  Enjoy the 6 weeks, they will go by quickly.
