[PT2021] Drug Screen Information

Hi All,

For those who have not completed your drug screen yet, the Health Center on campus has requested I send an email out asking students not to fill out the Chain of Custody Form until you get called back for your test.  If you need an additional copy they are on the corner of my desk.   Please make sure you make payment to Certiphi with the instructions provided in their email before getting the test done.
