I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 story apartment in University Manor Apartments. It is approximately 3 minutes from Smith Hall and 1 minute from main campus. The rent is $765, which would be $382.50 plus utilities. The water and electric bill are also spilt, and is quite reasonable. I am in the process of transitioning to my own internet provider; the apartment is also smoke-free, and I cannot have any pets, according to my landlord.

I will only be living here for the next school year, 2019-2020. In other words, I will be moving after I graduate in May of 2020. I prefer to live with a male.
