Dear Students:

This is a notification regarding the IPE Activity Day event which will be taking place next week on the morning of Wednesday, April 3.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a high number of late registrations, we will be sending out activity assignments to students over the weekend. If you do not receive your activity assignment by Monday, April 1, at 5:00 PM, please email us at ipe at campbell.edu<mailto:ipe at campbell.edu> IMMEDIATELY so we can provide you with the information you need. It is important to remember that activity assignments will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you do not receive an assignment it may be due to an error or typo in your email address. Not to worry, just email us and we will rectify that for you.

Attached to this email is the event schedule with locations listed for each session. You will also receive your activity’s schedule and location when you receive your activity assignment. We are sending this schedule to you now just for your general reference. Remember that all sessions will be taking place at Smith Hall. One of the major benefits from this is that the IPE office staff will be available to all students who have questions or need assistance – we will be located in the lobby of Smith Hall; if you need anything, please stop by!

We also wanted to remind you that you will be checking into your sessions using the same method used at the last Activity Day event. You will be scanning a QR code with your phone and simply entering your name and program. If you cannot do so, a URL for each session will be available (listed under each QR code); you can use your phone or laptop to check in via URL if necessary. Please be sure to bring a device with you that will enable you to check in. The other attachment to this email is the instructions for check-in and a sample QR code to scan.
REMINDER: If you do not check in to your session, it will appear as though you were absent from the event.
