[PT2021] Updating medical and training documents to Magnus portal

Some dates may be confusing on Magnus as our program cohort is added with others.  Add new documents such as PPD, CPR, HIPAA, BBP, etc.  If there are any others of concern or confusion, please email and I will respond to all.
