Dear Students:

Attached is the official Session Roster for Activity Day I on February 5, 2019. This document includes the descriptions and times offered for each session. Underneath each session description, you'll find a link to the registration page for the session.

Between now and 5:00, you can access the page, but you will not be able to register until 5:00 PM.

Please keep in mind the following reminders as you prepare to attend Activity Day I:


*         Students are to register for only ONE activity.

*         If you are facilitating or co-facilitating an activity, you do not need to attend an additional one on the same day.

*         A complete list of activities and their locations will be sent to all students during the week prior to February 5. This information will also include additional details and reminders.

o   Once you receive this info, we recommend carpooling if you need to travel to or from the Health Sciences Campus.

*         Programs have been asked to end all activities by 12:00 PM on 2/5/19. Please be sure to give yourself enough time to travel to the appropriate campus, find a parking spot, and make your way to the room location for your session.

*         Attendance at Activity Day I is required for all on-campus CPHS students (those not on clinical rotation or those who are not online students) and all year-two CUSOM students.

*         Registration will close at 11:59 on Friday, January 25.
