[PT2021] exam 2

Gang,

After reviewing comments, I went in to fix two questions for partial credit scoring errors and one that allowed multiple answer that should have been one. Long story short, it lowered most students grade. So, I've kept grades the same as posted and will add 2% to each score as a result of the scoring error for the two questions.
