Good Morning Everyone,
The following slides from the first lecture for you to focus on in studying for the first exam are: Medicare Cap/KX Modifier 4-7, Tiered Evaluation Codes 24-32, 34-38.

Don't worry about other topics presented in that lecture. Much of it is based on a combination of things such as bundled payments, payment structures, Medicare rules, etc. This information will come forth during some of your clinical internships and is not entirely relevant at this time, but will become more so as you gain experience in the clinic.
