[PT2021] concern

Gang,

It was brought to my attention there were concerns about the loss of PT1 students this year and potential impact on accreditation or reporting expectations.

There is no impact on accreditation status.

There is no expectation of reporting for this element. If loss of students is great enough to impact budget with loss of 10% or more, it would need to be reported in that context. It will not have that impact.

Notification required for my departure May 2020 involves stating "yes" to the question "Is the director position expected to be vacant or turnover in the next 12 months?" on the annual report due December 1st each year. Notification to CAPTE would need to occur following my departure that the position is vacant and details of plan to fill within one week of my actual departure. If director is hired and in place at time of my departure, a new administrative signature page document is emailed to CAPTE notifying them of the position change.
