[PT2021] OSCE WORD DOCUMENT

Hi all,
The ONLY thing you can pre-pooulate into your Word documentation page is
"OSCE 1Spring 2019"

Do NOT pre- populate any elements of the initial evaluation into the Word document before entering it into B-line. You must use your scrap paper for that. If the proctors discover that you have pre-populated any other info, there will be grounds for a failure.
