[PT2021] DPT726 2019 Summer Friday Assignments

Good morning All,
Attached to this email you will find the finalized summer clinical experience schedule. All students are required to work a total of eight hours at each clinical site  that you are assigned. The only exception to this rule is the Total Body Therapy and Wellness site as students will complete two half days (4 hours each Friday usually 8 am-12 pm). Please note that this schedule is final and past the deadline of letting us know which dates to avoid scheduling you for.  All clinics are in possession of your assignments as well as your contact information. I will send along additional information (exact locations you are assigned, work hours, dress code, special instructions, etc.) when it becomes available.
PIVOT LOCATIONS: There are 5 locations Pivot has offered and each site will take 1 student per clinic.  After reviewing the schedule, please email me a list in order from 1 to 5, 1 being your top choice of where you would like to be located for the day.  The locations offered are Clayton, Smithfield, Knightdale, Wake Forest Road and Wake Forest.  We cannot guarantee everyone will get their top choices but we will do our best.  If I do not receive a response from you then we will go ahead and assign you where we need you.
