Dear Students,

This is our final reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, April 3, is our IPE Activity Day II!

Attached to this email is the session list with locations. Please be sure you know what session was assigned to you*, what time it is scheduled for, and where it is located tomorrow. *Activity assignments were sent out over the weekend to all those who registered before Saturday. If you have any questions about what session you are registered for, please be sure to email us immediately.

The following are important instructions and tips to keep in mind as you prepare to attend the event tomorrow:

1.     If you have any question about attending tomorrow’s event, please do not hesitate to email us at ipe at campbell.edu<mailto:IPE at CAMPBELL.EDU>.

2.     Please give yourself enough time to travel to Smith Hall in time to find a parking spot and find your session’s location.

a.     We strongly encourage you to carpool if you can.

b.     If you have trouble finding parking on Smith’s side of the Health Science Campus, there is additional parking on the other side of Levine Hall (to the left when entering from the highway). Note – if you park on this side, you will need some extra time to get to your session’s location. Again, please be sure to give yourself enough time to make it to your session.

3.     You MUST sign in to your activity. Like we mentioned in our reminder on Friday, please review the attached instructions on how to sign in to an activity. Make sure you can scan a QR code from your phone; if not, please bring another device or laptop with which you can enter the URL to the log-in page. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU SIGN IN CORRECTLY TO YOUR SESSION – please be sure that your name and email are spelled correctly and that you select the appropriate (current) program in which  you are enrolled. If you do not sign in, we will not have record of your attendance for your program!

4.     Head’s up – we will have some staff members and students from our IPE Student Panel walking around to take photos of our different IPE sessions tomorrow. If someone ducks into a session you are attending, it is just someone taking photos for CUIPE. Before and after sessions, students may also be asked to give their take on the event and/or specific sessions they are attending.

5.     On Thursday, you will be receiving an email with a link to a survey about tomorrow’s event. Please take a few minutes this week to fill this survey out. Your constructive feedback helps us immensely when working to improve current programming and also when developing new events and initiatives!
