Dear Pharmacy Deans,

We will be hosting a virtual open house for the Chapman/SCAN/Providence PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy residency on Thursday December 2 from 4 to 6pm. Please RSVP using the QR code in the attached flyer or link below by 11/29 and we will then send the Zoom link.

This managed care residency has a focus on older adult population and the resident will be spending approximately 2 days per week at SCAN, 2 days per week at Providence Medical Foundation in Anaheim/Fullerton in ambulatory care, and 1 day per week at Chapman University. We are in the process of seeking ASHP accreditation.
