Ms. Staffaroni,

My name is Molly Kearney, I'm a 3rd-year medical student working with a group of classmates. We are conducting research to learn about the sexual education people receive. We would like to better understand how people learn about various topics and what affects that information. The results from this research will give us inside into where improvements can be made in current reproductive and sex education.

Attached is a survey for students to fill out and submit anonymously. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. If at any time, the individual decides they do not want to participate in the study, they may stop and exit the survey and none of their answers will be recorded. You must be 18 or older, born as a female, and primarily English-speaking.
