[Phar29] Maddox Games T-Shirt

Hello everyone!


PSEB will be giving out FREE t-shirts for the upcoming Maddox Games for all
pharmacy students and faculty who fill out the following FORM

Please fill out this form no later than March 6th, 2026 at 11:59 PM to
receive a Maddox Games T-Shirt (free of cost) to be worn to the games! No
late submissions will be included in the order.

Faculty and P4 students, please refrain from completing the form if you do
not plan to attend the Maddox Games.

The 2026 Maddox Games will be held on Monday, April 6th and additional
details will be provided in the near future. This event will host a variety
of games, food, and FUN with your fellow pharmacy classmates and faculty
outside of the classroom!
