[Phar29] Reminder: APhA-ASP National Patient Counseling Competition

Hello Student Pharmacists!

We are excited to announce that our school will be hosting the *APhA-ASP
Patient Counseling Competition* local round on *January 30, 2026, in the
Drug Information Center (Room 240) *of Wiggins Memorial Library. This
competition is open to any student pharmacist in any year of their pharmacy
curriculum and is a great opportunity to expand your skills and invite
friendly competition amongst your peers.

The winner of Campbell's local competition will proceed to the preliminary
round, which will be held *virtually* from Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to
Thursday, February 19, 2026. *Additionally, the winner of Campbell's local
competition will receive a $50 VISA giftcard! *The winner of the
preliminary round of the Patient Counseling Competition will have the
opportunity to represent their university live, in-person on Friday, March
27, 2026, at the National Patient Counseling Competition at the APhA2026
Annual Meeting & Exposition in Los Angeles, CA.

a 15-minute time slot.* The first 5 minutes will consist of a briefing by
our director, followed by 5 minutes to review the competition case, and
then another 5 minutes to counsel your mock patient. We ask that each
participant please dress in professional attire and wear their designated

a list of drugs to be prepared to counsel on after you sign up!*
