[Phar29] PSEB Elections Begin When We Return – Important Dates

Dear PharmD Students,

I hope you are enjoying a restful spring break! I wanted to share an overview of the upcoming Professional Student Executive Board (PSEB) election timeline so you can plan ahead. Elections will officially begin when we return on Monday, March 2.

PSEB Election Timeline:

• Nominations Open: Monday, March 2 at 11:00 AM
• Nominations Close: Friday, March 6 at 1:00 PM

After nominations close, Student Affairs will verify academic eligibility for all nominees. Eligible students will be contacted to confirm acceptance of their nomination and will be required to submit a brief 1–2 minute video to be included on the ballot.

Position Eligibility (2026–2027 Academic Year):

  *   President Elect – Current P1 students (rising P2)

  *   Vice President – Current P2 students (rising P3)

  *   Assistnat Treasurer – Current P1 students (rising P2)

  *   Secretary – Rising P2 or Rising P3

  *   Parliamentarian - Rising P2 or Rising P3

Voting will take place the following week, with elections closing on Wednesday, March 18 at 1:00 PM. Additional details will be shared as each phase begins.

If you are considering serving in a leadership role, I encourage you to begin thinking about which position may be the best fit and to connect with current PSEB officers to learn more about responsibilities and expectations.
