[Phar29] 2026-2027 SSHP Elections

Good morning!

SSHP is currently preparing for our upcoming elections on *Thursday, April
16th from 3-4pm* in *Ed Herring Lecture Hall *with an officer transition
meeting immediately following. The following positions are available:
President-Elect (P1 only), Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Clinical
Skills Competition Chair, Fundraising Chair, Health Initiatives Chair, and
National Chapter Liaison. Please see the attached document

the roles and responsibilities of each position and the current student who
holds that position. We heavily encourage you to reach out to the current
officers if you are interested in running to get an idea of what the role
entails!

Please indicate your interest in running for a position using this google
form

and
indicate the highest position you wish to hold. On the day of elections,
each candidate will give a short speech detailing why they wish to hold the
position and then the members of SSHP will vote on which candidate is the
best fit for that role. If you are not elected into a position, you can
drop down and run for another position in the order that they are listed.
