MANDATORY for P1 Students: White Coat Headshot – Register Today!

All first-year pharmacy (P1) students must have a professional headshot taken wearing business attire and his/her CPHS white coat. The photo will be submitted to experiential education sites during your time with CPHS. Use the registration link below to sign up for a timeslot.

WARNING: If you fail to have your photo taken during one of the times provided, you will be responsible for scheduling and paying for the headshot to be taken by Scarborough Photography.

Dates, Times, Locations

Monday, August 18: Maddox Hall Room 228 – Photos from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday, September 22: Maddox Hall Room 228 – Photos from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

What to Wear
Wear business attire and your clean, pressed white coat. The bottom half of your body will be included in the photo, so be sure to wear a fully coordinated outfit (i.e. no shorts with a dress shirt and tie). Also, several experiential education sites have dress code requirements, which extend to photo IDs, that do not allow for “body adornments” visible from the shoulders up (unless for religious reasons). This includes nose, lip, brow or body (dermal) piercings, tattoos, etc. Earrings are acceptable but should be tasteful and small in size. Additionally, hair should be neatly groomed and male students should be clean shaven, or with neatly trimmed beards and mustaches.
