Hello, P2s!

I hope the block is going well! I’ve shared the volunteer sign-up sheet for
clinics for the rest of the semester.

When signing up, you are responsible for showing up. While we understand
that life happens, we have a strict policy: *if you volunteer for clinic,
you are expected to attend.*

*****NEW UPDATE***********

If you sign up for a volunteer slot and later need to cancel, you *must
notify us directly*.

   - Cancellations must be communicated *no later than* the *Saturday*
   *prior* to your scheduled clinic date.
   - If you need to cancel after Saturday, you will be responsible for
   finding your replacement.
   - If no replacement is found, you will receive a strike.
   - After *two strikes*, you will no longer be eligible to sign up for
   future clinics. This may significantly affect your ability to earn
   community service hours in the future.

This policy has been updated due to repeated last-minute cancellations and
the difficulty of securing coverage on short notice. Thank you for
understanding.
