[Phar28] Newbie's Exam Re-posted

Hey folks,

Examsoft wouldn't let me extend the download time for the Newbie's exam.

I had to post a new one - it will show up after 3:00 today and will be titled "Newbies Exam 2004 NEW"

If you downloaded the other, one you can go ahead and remove it. The password I give you Monday will only be good for the NEW one.
