[Pharm27] Mental Wellness Month: SNPhA Lunch & Learn on January 28th

Hello everyone!

January is Mental Wellness Month, a time to reflect on the importance of
mental wellness, and to recognize our responsibility as future pharmacists
to advocate for, support, and empower patients facing mental health
challenges. This is why SNPhA is very excited to invite you to our
upcoming event on* January 28th at 12pm in Harris *Teeter Lecture Hall
--> *Lunch
& Learn: “Beyond the Bars: Improving Mental Health Care in Correctional
Facilities.”* This session will be led by *Cydney Nicholson Smalls, PharmD,
MSPH*, a Campbell University graduate, Mental Health Clinical Pharmacist
and content creator.

Dr. Nicholson-Smalls will discuss mental health wellness in correctional
settings, with a special focus on medication management and patient
advocacy. This is a great opportunity to learn about an often-overlooked
area of healthcare and how pharmacists can make a meaningful impact.
Attached is a sign up sheet for the event, please fill it out as early as
possible if you plan to attend so that we can accommodate food for
