[Pharm27] APhA Operation Immunization Flu Shot Clinic Sign Up

Good morning!
APhA Operation Immunization will be hosting flu shot clinics for faculty
and students again this year!

*The dates are as follows:*
*- Friday, September 19 - 12:30-3:00pm (Student Union Ballroom A)*
*- Wednesday, October 8 - 1:00-3:30pm (Maddox 117)*
*- Monday, October 13 - 2:00-5:00pm (Maddox 130) *Partnership with SNPhA**
*- Friday, October 17 - 12:00-1:00pm (Smith Hall)*

*P1s can sign up for documentation, and P2/P3s can sign up for immunizing*.
The amount of hours you work will count towards PPD community service
hours. Please see either Kelli Westerbeek or Gavin Garcia to have your
sheet signed.
