shaping your ability to handle real-life moments where your decisions will
truly matter.

So when the week feels heavy, remind yourself: you’re not falling behind,
you’re *building endurance*. You’re training your mind to think critically,
your heart to stay compassionate, and your spirit to stay strong — even
when things get tough.
