[Pharm27] APhA Presents: Wellness in Motion- HIIT Group Fitness

Hello future pharmacists!

APhA-ASP's *Operation PharmD Wellness Committee* is hosting a High
Intensity-Interval Training (HIIT) group fitness class for the following
time:

*     🗓️  Friday, October 10th*
*     🕐  1 - 2 pm*
*     📍  Student Union Fitness Center - Group X Room*

The class will be led by a trained instructor through campus recreation! *There
are only 10 spots available*, so if you are interested in attending, please
add your name and email address to the sign-up sheet

 by *Thursday, October 9th at 11:59 PM*. Spots are first come, first serve.
Please only add your name if you are able to attend the group fitness
event.

The Student Union Fitness Center will be closed for Fall Break, so there
will be someone there to let students in prior to the event starting. If
you are attending, *please make sure to arrive no later than five minutes
early to ensure you can get in.*

An email will be sent out the morning of the event to the students who
sign-up.
