[Pharm27] Phi Delta Chi- Self Care Donation Drive

Hello future pharmacists!

*Phi Delta Chi* is hosting a *self care donation drive* for the *Oak City
Cares Homeless Shelter* in Raleigh, NC until *Friday, October 17th*. We are
accepting travel-size hygiene products (e.g. travel toothbrushes, travel
deodorants, etc.) and new, unused accessory clothing items (e.g. scarves,
socks, undergarments, etc.). All items will be donated to the Oak City
Cares Homeless Shelter so that they can be distributed to anyone in
need. *Extra
credit will be provided to students who donate three or more items*! Please
refer to the details below for information:

*Donation Details*

   - *What to Donate:* *Three or more* travel-size hygiene products or new,
   unused accessory clothing items
   - *Drop-Off Location:* Maddox Lobby (Place in your class' corresponding
   box)
   - *Student Information:* To receive credit for your donation, include a
   sheet of paper that includes your *first and l**ast name, student ID,
   and class year*
   - *Deadline: *Items are due by *2 PM on Friday, October 17th*


*Extra Credit*
*P1 Class*

   - *PHRD-521: Pharmaceutical Sciences*
      - 5 points towards exam 1

*P2 Class*

   - *PHRD-621: CV-Renal II*
      - 1 point back towards total quiz score at the end of the block

*P3 Class*

   - *PHRD-725: Operations II*
      - Replace the grade for one reflection (excluding the final
      reflection)
