[Pharm27] SLIPS Training Requirement for 25-26 Executive Board Members

Dear Students,
I hope you're doing well! As part of our commitment to supporting student organizations, we are requiring all new executive board members for the 2025-2026 academic year to complete SLIPS (Student Leaders in Professional School) training.
Important Requirements:

Presidents must submit the required form<https://cphs.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_03v7N4P3Nb9F8vI> confirming completion.
  *
Deadline: The form must be submitted by August 29, 2025.

Failure to submit the form by the deadline will result in no events or fundraisers being approved or promoted by our office.
