The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists-Student Pharmacist Forum
(NCAP-SPF) invites you to our *Legislative Information Session* featuring *Dr.
Solari* as our guest speaker.

Dr. Solari has over 24 years of experience lobbying for pharmacy-related
policy and has played a pivotal role in expanding the scope of pharmacy
practice in North Carolina. His work includes:
✅ Passage of multiple bills increasing the scope of pharmacy practice
(2021, 2023)
✅ Regulation of Pharmacy Benefits Manager Organizations (2021)
✅ Defending against legislation that could negatively impact pharmacy
practice

During this session, Dr. Solari will share *key strategies on how to
effectively engage with legislators*, advocate for pharmacy, and make a
lasting impact. Whether you’re interested in health policy, or pharmacy
advocacy, or just want to sharpen your communication skills, this is a
