[Pharm27] HIPAA QUIZ for Mobile/Free Clinic - IMPORTANT

Hello everyone!
*Please carefully read the following information below for Mobile Clinics
and Free Clinic:*

Every student will have to re-do the HIPAA compliance quiz, access to data
and records for the old quiz was lost. The clinic coordinators do not have
this on file anymore. If you have not taken the HIPAA quiz this year after
9/17/2024, it is required that you take it again before participating in
ANY of the clinics.

You cannot interact with patients if you have not re-certified with this
quiz.
