[Pharm27] PSEB 11/19/2024 Constitution Changes

Hello everyone,

On behalf of the PSEB executive board, here are some proposed changes to
the PSEB constitution. Please review the attached document and vote "for"
or "against" each change in the Google form linked below. A 2/3 majority
vote of the student body is needed to pass these amendments. If a 2/3
majority is not achieved, the vote will be passed to the PSEB Council at
Wednesday's meeting. Voting will close at 9 am on Wednesday 11/20/2024.
