Greetings, Camels,

It is that time of year again when CPHS is seeking out engaged students from all programs and cohorts to be a part of the various committees that CPHS utilizes throughout the year.

If you are interested in participating as a student representative on a CPHS Committee, please complete this survey<https://cphs.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_aWNMO71SdxGhPi6> by September 5th at 11:59 pm to indicate your committee preferences and reasoning. The committee charges are set forth by the Dean's office. Filling out this survey does not guarantee you will be a student representative, but it is used to consider and identify candidates. We highly recommend that you reach out to committee chairs if you are interested in being on a committee. If selected, you will be notified via email by mid-September.

Please note you must be in good academic standing to service on a committee. Pharmacy specific committees (as highlighted in green below) only have Pharmacy students on them.
