Good afternoon, incoming Camels,

We are so excited for you to be a part of the Campbell family as you start your journey in the Pharmacy program at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (CPHS) in the next few weeks! That being said, here are a few things that you need to know for your upcoming in-person Pharmacy Orientation:

Orientation Check-In/Breakfast begins at 7:30 am and ends at 8:15 am on August 3rd (Day 1) in Maddox Hall<https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/132671>.

  *   Use above link to access maps or use the Campus Map attached to this email.

Orientation Check-In/Breakfast begins at 8:00 am and ends at 9:00 am on August 4th (Day 2) in the Oscar N. Harris Student Union Ballrooms<https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/509145>.

  *   While the day will begin at the Oscar N. Harris Student Union, it will end at Maddox, so it is recommended that you park in the same lots that are provided in this email for both days.
  *   You will also be guided to where the Oscar N. Harris Student Union is located on Day 1, so you will know where to check in on Day 2.
  *   Use above link to access maps or use the Campus Map attached to this email.


Parking Information:

  *   For parking, feel free to park in either Lot X<https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/105722> or Lot PB<https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/105721>
     *   To access maps from your location, once you access the hyperlinks, click the icon with an arrow in it and put your address in when prompted.

What to Bring/Do:

  *   If you have opted out of receiving a laptop from Campbell, please bring your own personal laptop with you to orientation, as you will be instructed on how to download specific software used for exams throughout the program.
     *   If you opted out of receiving a laptop, please review the Campbell University IT requirements, found here<https://www.campbell.edu/information-technology-services/it-service-desk/technology-purchases/>.
  *   If you have not registered for a White Coat yet, please contact Lois Hupfeld (hupfeld at campbell.edu<mailto:hupfeld at campbell.edu>) to do so by Wednesday, July 26th.
  *   If you have not registered for the Lunch With Your Advisor Luncheon on Day 1 or the Networking Breakfast on Day 2, please RSVP for both via the following links:

  *   Breakfast on Day 1 and Day 2
  *   Lunch on Day 1
  *   The best two-day start to your new personal and professional journey ever!
