[Phar26] Patient Work-up

Hey everyone,

I'm on rotation with Perkins and we are working on potentially creating a
handy-helper for working up patients. There is a little more detail in the
description of the survey

but
ultimately we are trying to see how you all work-up your patients while on
rotation. Everyone may not be on a clinical rotation currently but I'd love
to hear from you all - I'll be falling back on my clinical updates
knowledge and how I worked up a patient there for those cases.

Goal is to hopefully teach/introduce how to work-up a patient earlier in
the curriculum so by the time p3 and p4 year rolls around students are able
to identify pertinent information a little more quickly and not feeling
bogged down when they are presented with a case as an exam question
(throwback to CV renal exam 1).

Any and all help is greatly appreciated and I hope everyone is enjoying
their rotations/summer so far! Only 354 days until graduation!!!!
