to receive a FREE Maddox Games shirt!*


PSEB will be giving out FREE t-shirts for the upcoming Maddox Games for all
pharmacy students and faculty who fill out the following *FORM

. *Please fill out this form no later than March 3rd, 2025 at 11:59 PM* to
receive a Maddox Games Teeshirt (free of cost) to be worn to the games! *No
late submissions will be included in the order.*

*Faculty and P4 students, please refrain from completing the form if you do
not plan to attend the Maddox Games.*

*The 2025 Maddox Games will be held on Friday, April 4th* and additional
details will be provided in the near future. This event will host a variety
of games to work together and compete with your fellow pharmacy classmates
and faculty outside of the classroom.
