Good morning!
APhA Operation Immunization will be hosting flu shot clinics for faculty
and students again this year!

*The dates are as follows:*
*- Friday, September 20 - 12:30-2:30pm (Maddox 130)*
*- Wednesday, October 9 - 1-3:30pm (Maddox 117)*
*- Monday, October 14 - 12:30-4:30pm (Maddox 130)*
*- Monday, October 21 - 1:30-3:30pm (Smith Hall 219)*

*P1s can sign up for documentation, and P2/P3s can sign up for immunizing*.
The amount of hours you work will count towards PPD community service
hours. Please see either Kelli Westerbeek or Morgan Hall to have your sheet
signed.
