Good morning all,

Happy Monday!

The journey to becoming a pharmacist is challenging, but remember, it's
also incredibly rewarding. As you prepare for your block exam, know that
every bit of knowledge you're learning brings you closer to making an
impact in healthcare.

Here are a few tips to manage stress while studying:

1. Break It Down: Instead of viewing the entire block exam as one massive
challenge, break your study sessions into smaller, manageable chunks.

2. Practice Self-Care: Don’t forget to eat well, stay hydrated, and get
enough sleep. Try incorporating short breaks with physical movement, like a
quick stretch or walk, to recharge.

3. Positive Self-Talk: You’ve made it this far, and that’s no small feat!
When the going gets tough, remind yourself of your progress, your
strengths, and your end goal.

Stress is a normal part of the process, but how you manage it will make all
the difference. You're capable, you're prepared, and you're going to
succeed!

Now go crush it!

Best,
