Hello everyone,

I hope you have all enjoyed your first week back so far! I have a couple of
updates that I believe are worth mentioning. For students who have signed
up for Duplin's *virtual* clinics, please be aware that these will be held
on campus as of right now. They will be conducted at the *Leon Levine Hall*
of Medical Sciences Building in *Conference Room 106*. It is asked that you
arrive between 5:00-5:15 pm on volunteer days. These clinics will be
facilitated through WhatsApp Video Calls, if signing up you will get more
information regarding how this will work. It is currently tentative whether
volunteers will be required to come to campus on these virtual nights. I
just wanted to provide you all with the proper information ahead of time in
case it affects your schedules.

I would also like to clarify what was stated in a previous email about
Mobile Clinic running in Harnett on Mondays and Duplin on Wednesdays, this
was how it was done in prior years. I was made aware that after the first
semester of classes, there will be a switch to holding Duplin clinics on
Mondays. There will now be *NO Harnett mobile clinics* this semester due to
the migrant farm workers not being in the area for the Spring, which are
the bulk of our patients. It is likely we will not be doing Harnett clinics
until the summer and fall this year. I want to ensure those wanting to
volunteer for a mobile clinic have the opportunity to do so, therefore be
aware we should still be getting more dates for March and April.

As always thank you for considering volunteering at the Mobile Clinic
