Greetings,

CPHS Tutoring will start Monday, August 15th, but appointments are now available to schedule. See instructions below for how to schedule on CU Succeed<https://campbell.starfishsolutions.com/starfish-ops/dl/instructor/serviceCatalog.html> or our website<https://cphs.campbell.edu/student-experience/graduate-student-affairs/academic-services/>, linked here. Watch this video<https://www.screencast.com/t/pKuQmUvOD6> for a visual of the instructions. You can read more about all our CPHS tutors here<https://drive.google.com/file/d/180KTYrSrRz4ykPi60UTAo9kClZGjxRGv/view?usp=sharing>.

Rho Chi walk-in hours do not require an appointment are a great resource to utilize. Hours will be sent via email and posted in the weekly newsletter.

To schedule a tutoring appointment in CU Succeed, click ≡ on the top left of the screen. From the dropdown menu, click on Courses . From the Courses page, select the current term/semester. Find the course for which you are seeking tutoring. If tutoring is currently available for the course, you will see "CPHS Tutoring Services" and "Schedule Appointment" listed. Click on Schedule Appointment and follow the prompts to schedule.

*If you are unable to find a tutor for the subject you are seeking complete the Tutor Request Form.<https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/cphs-tutor-request-form/>

CPHS Tutor Policies

1. Students may only receive 2 hours of one-on-one tutoring per subject per week. If more is needed, approval must be granted by the CPHS Student Affairs Office.
2. If a student needs to cancel a tutoring session, they should communicate with a tutor to cancel at least 12 hours before the session.
3. If a student does not communicate prior to a session to cancel an appointment, and does not attend, this is considered a no- show. After 3 no-shows, a student will no longer have the ability to schedule 1-1 tutoring, until they meet with CPHS Student Affairs.

If you are in need of more details with how to schedule an appointment visit the CPHS Student Affairs Blackboard community page. Email Steph Olson at solson at campbell.edu<mailto:solson at campbell.edu> with any questions on accessing CPHS tutoring services.
