[Phar25] ASHP Midyear Funding Requests

Good morning P4s,


SSHP will be organizing all Midyear funding requests for PSEB for those
eligible. To qualify for PSEB funding for Midyear, you had to be an active
member (minimum attendance of 2 meetings and participation in 1
fundraiser), minimum SSHP local membership of 1 semester, and hold a
current national ASHP membership. Please reach out to me if you are unsure
or would like to confirm if you have met these requirements. If you have
not, there is still time to do so!

Please keep in mind that PSEB offers up to 60% reimbursement, but
amendments to funding requests may be made when presented. This will depend
on how many P4s are going, rooming arrangements, and the total costs.
Please read the steps below for what we need in order to complete your
funding request:



   1.

   Talk to other classmates about whether you would like to share a room.
   GroupMe <https://groupme.com/join_group/102201256/sPDUqn0p> can help you
   find roommates for the week and save on hotel and travel costs.
   2.

   Look at the Midyear website and use resources to estimate the cost of
   flights and transportation to and from the airport. Determine the hotel you
   want to stay in and how many nights you need. We will not request more
   nights past the conference, which ends on December 12th.
   3.

   Once you’ve organized roommates and estimated costs, please fill out
   this form.

   To simplify, only one person per room should fill it out but please include
   the names of who you are rooming with. I will use the information given for
   the PSEB funding request.
   4.

   If you have already made arrangements, please have the form filled out
   by October 18th at 8am in order to have your request presented at the
   October PSEB meeting. The final deadline to submit the form for PSEB
   funding is November 15th at 8am to have your request presented at the
   November PSEB meeting.
